It’s an exciting time in Charlotte as the city prepares for its 250th birthday, but that’s not the only momentous date we’re observing. We have provided corporate event planning services in the Queen City for over a decade, but we officially opened the Mosaix Group Charlotte office two years ago this week! We decided to do what we do best, devise and execute a lavish event befitting a queen.
Because the event and meeting planning industry is, by nature, an unwieldy beast, our team is continually put to the test. We’re always learning new ways to engage attendees, and we strove to create an event that would offer a wide range of experiences. In partnership with Aria at Founders Hall, we treated the finest event and tourism professionals in the city to a royal cocktail party. With the signature high arched glass ceiling of Founders Hall as the backdrop, guests sipped champagne and mingled with royalty.
Our guests were greeted and offered champagne, then ushered into the main event where a queen on stilts charmed the crowd. Yet another queen was outfitted in a cake dress, offering up slices of Amelie’s decadent confections. Finally, the lovely Shelita Bonet Hoyle, Miss Gay North Carolina America and our emcee for the evening, welcomed attendees and introduced the featured activities.
